The creation of Jodi Training Academy was informed by a desire to provide a platform for our security officers to realize their full potential through learning and acquisition of new skills . This will motivate them to be productive and encourage personal growth . The Shortage of security training providers in our area is also one of the contributing factors towards the establishment of Jodi Training Academy
Face of the company
Jodi Training Academy was established in 2017 and is led by its founding member MR Mmushi Tsebe who also founded the Global strake Secutiy cc , a sister company .Mr TSebe has impeccable experience and vast knowledge of the security industry which is accompanied by relevant academic qualification .Over the past 16 years of his experience in the security industry , He has identified the gap in the market in terms of shortage of security training providers particularly in the local areas where we render security services .The lack of security training meant that security companies in the local area should quander more resources to send away their security officers to acquire security training .

The birth of Jodi Training Acade,y was informed by such findings but also by the need to improve the skills and knowledge of security personnel to discharge their duties effectively . Another contributing factor in this regard is the devastating level of unemployed youth in our local area that is identified as the chief beneficiears of our security academy

Through the involvement if experienced management and dedicated staff , Jodi Training Academy is determined to stand the test of time and ensure that it is moving into the correct trajectory towards achieving its goals as expected by its accredited boy SASSETA
